Shipping & Returns

We use FedEx Ground for all shipping unless it is furniture and has to go freight.  We want to charge as little as possible for shipping so we calculate actual cost after we receive your order.  With the variety of sizes and weights of our product there wasn't any hope of getting a standard shipping matrix set up that would precalculate it.  I hope this isn't inconvenient and I promise it is to protect you from exaggerated shipping cost.

Our goal is to have a happy customer with a beautiful Dryad product that is just right.  If you are disappointed with your purchase when you receive it please let us know within 14 days. We want you to enjoy shopping with Dryads.  Just give us a call or email with your concerns and we will either send another or  work it out.  We can't ship to and from multiple times at our expense so lets work hard to get it right the first time and avoid any frustration or disappointment.

We have been shipping to wholesale customers from the beginning and it is our core business.  Talk to us and help us know what your aesthetic is so we can get you product that will fly off your shelf.  If you receive items that you are not happy with we have a couple of solutions.  First we ask that you put it out for a month because your customer has varied tastes and they may just surprise you and like it more than you do.  If it doesn't sell in a month then we'll send take it back and either credit you or replace.  We're in this together and we're in it for the long haul.
